Melanie did an outstanding job of preparing my disabled brother's delinquent and current taxes. She was able to track down records he'd lost, and prepared all three returns promptly on the same day. She also kept up a reassuringly professional correspondence with both federal and state agencies. What a relief to be able to turn this mess over to such a competent and diligent person!!
