Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. You can create, customize, and download unlimited invoices as PDFs at no cost, with no sign-up or account required.
Do you store my invoice or my customer's data?
No. The invoice is built entirely in your browser. Your business details, customer details, line items, totals, and logo never leave your browser and are never stored on our servers. We only record an anonymous count of how often the tool is used.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Click "Add your logo" to upload an image; it appears on the invoice and in the downloaded PDF, and stays in your browser.
How do I download the invoice as a PDF?
Fill in your details and line items, then click "Download PDF" to save a clean, professional PDF straight from your browser.
Can I choose a currency and set payment terms?
Yes. Pick from common currencies, and choose payment terms such as Net 30 to set the due date automatically. You can also add a discount, tax, and shipping.
Will I lose my invoice if I refresh the page?
No. Your invoice is saved locally in your browser as you type, so a refresh or going back will not lose your work. Use the "New" button to start over.
